A light, floral sangria filled with fresh strawberries, citrus, and rosé wine, designed to create the soft pink, fruit-filled look shown in the image above.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chilled dry rosé wine
  • 1 cup strawberry vodka
  • 1/3 cup elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 cup strawberry purée
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons rose syrup or rose water simple syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Ice cubes

Optional Garnishes

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Edible rose petals
  • Extra strawberry slices

Instructions

1. Prepare the Fruit

Slice the strawberries, lemon, and lime into thin pieces. Add them to a large pitcher along with the pomegranate seeds.

2. Build the Sangria

Pour in the rosé wine, strawberry vodka, elderflower liqueur, strawberry purée, lemon juice, and rose syrup. Stir gently until fully combined.

3. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the fruit flavors infuse into the sangria. For the prettiest presentation, chill overnight.

4. Serve

Fill patterned stemless glasses with ice. Spoon plenty of fruit into each glass, then pour the sangria over top.

5. Finish

Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a bright, refreshing finish. Garnish with mint or rose petals if desired.

Tips for the Same Visual Look

  • Use a pale pink dry rosé for the soft blush color.
  • Slice strawberries thinly so they float throughout the glass.
  • Add citrus slices against the inside of the glass before pouring.
  • Use clear ice cubes and a transparent patterned tumbler.
  • A few pomegranate seeds at the bottom recreate the jewel-like red accents seen in the image.

Flavor Profile

This sangria is:

  • Fruity and lightly floral
  • Refreshing rather than overly sweet
  • Bright with citrus
  • Soft pink in color with vibrant red berry highlights

Make It Sweeter

If you prefer a sweeter sangria:

  • Add 1–2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup
  • Use sparkling rosé instead of dry rosé
  • Replace sparkling water with strawberry soda or pink lemonade soda
